The best fit is 1/2 inch larger than your wrist. The average length is 7 inches. The beads are 3millimeter square and woven with a high tensile cord. The clasp is a "Tube Slide Lock [ see photo]. Any length is available. Please allow extra time if your exact size is not in stock.
